Lena Salach is our new CEO
The Centre for Effective Practice Board of Directors is very pleased to announce the appointment of Lena Salach to the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Lena is a leader with deep expertise in primary care knowledge translation and behaviour change. Since joining CEP in 2007, she has served in several senior leadership roles, most recently as interim CEO.
During her rich 17-year tenure with CEP, Lena has made significant and pivotal contributions to its growth and impact.
Lena possesses a dynamic combination of strategic thinking, in-depth understanding of CEP’s business and environment, and a deep commitment to enriching CEP’s organizational culture.
Her drive for excellence is reflected in CEP’s reputation as a trusted partner in the development and delivery of regional, provincial, and pan-Canadian programs that advance primary care.
Lena’s appointment to CEO follows an extensive international search. Her collaborative leadership, experience in the primary care sector, and her future facing vision made her the clear choice to guide CEP as we meet the needs and challenges facing primary care.
