To kick off the new year, the Centre for Effective Practice (CEP) held a health heroes-themed open house event to celebrate the unsung heroes in the health care system at our new home alongside our long-time partners and collaborators, the Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP).
Representatives from multiple health care organizations attended including those from Health Quality Ontario, Cancer Care Ontario, the Ontario Hospital Association, the Nurse Practitioners’ Association of Ontario and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
We thank you all for your support as we move to this new stage for the CEP. We hope that through projects like our primary-care focused academic detailing service and the Knowledge Translation in Primary Care Initiative, we will continue to work together to support providers and patients.
