For the past three years, we’ve launched several tools and resources under the Knowledge Translation in Primary Care (KTinPC) initiative on several key topic areas including childhood obesity, medical assistance in dying, neck pain and headache, poverty, and preconception health care.
Provider engagement is at the core of what we do. We engage providers throughout the development process of each tool and resource developed at the CEP. As we part with the KTinPC Initiative, we want to hear from primary care providers on how they use our tools and resources, and how we can improve our future work.
