This is an outpatient program available, through referral, for all adults with known cardiac disease such as a previous heart attack or heart surgery who wish to move forward managing their own health.
Participants are offered a 3-6 month supervised exercise program along with general education and counseling as needed in nutrition, stress management, medications and general information on heart attack and stroke.
